I'm a devoted wife and a Mom of 3 amazing boys!  I own Transformation Fitness Studio and a NUTRISHOP Supplement store in Lacey, Washington.  I have a degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition from Eastern Washington University and have been a Certified Trainer for 15 years.
